Midtown NYC firm (industry: financial) seeking helpdesk/desktop support consultant for 3-6 month project. Requires 3+ years of recent professional experience providing application and hardware (laptop, desktop, printer, blackberry) support in a Microsoft Windows/Office environment, AD/Exchange account maintenance/setup experience, light data center (ex: backups, rack mounting servers, etc) experience, excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. Prior involvement assisting with the planning and setup of new office space, and/or supporting users migrating into new space, would be a significant plus.
